Terms of Service

By accessing or using Astralearnia's platform, APIs, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Astralearnia provides AI platform services (Technology Division) and digital learning services (Institute Division). Service availability, features, and SLAs are defined in your subscription plan or enterprise agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share API keys or access tokens. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@astralearnia.com.

You may not use our services to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, conduct unauthorised penetration testing, or engage in any activity that disrupts our infrastructure or other users.

Astralearnia retains all rights to its platform, models, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data. By uploading data for model training, you grant Astralearnia a limited licence to use it solely for providing your service.

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as specified in your enterprise agreement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts 14 days after failed payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astralearnia's liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted per our data retention policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved by good faith negotiation, then by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
